  • Delivery is completed within 4–7 business days across India after dispatch.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, location, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, high demand).

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

  • Taruvana is not liable for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling of products.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for resolution (replacement or refund, subject to availability).
