No hidden costs or extra delivery fees.
2. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery is completed within 4–7 business days across India.

Timelines may vary slightly based on courier partner performance or unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, etc.).
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for select products and pin codes.

Important: COD orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless:

The item is damaged or defective, or

You received the wrong product.

Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer after verification. Customers will be contacted to share bank account details.
6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
