RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return and Refund Policy – Taruvana

At Taruvana (Zeropoint Innovations Pvt Ltd), we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.



1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at hello@taruvana.in with your order details and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, we will share step-by-step return instructions.

  • Please note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds will be issued in INR. If payment was made in another currency, your bank may apply conversion rates and additional charges.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers will be contacted to provide bank account details.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@taruvana.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.


5. Non-Refundable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used electronics

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Perishable goods, personalized items, and digital products


 Please note: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you require a different item, kindly place a new order.
