How can I contact Taruvana?

Do you ship worldwide?

No. We currently ship only within India.


Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹5,000 in select pin codes across India. You can select COD during checkout.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our facility in Hyderabad, India.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we process orders quickly, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this window, changes/cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Once delivered, your order can still be returned for a refund (subject to our Return Policy).


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)

  • Net Banking

  • UPI & Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (select locations, up to ₹5,000)


When will my order be processed?

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.


How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on courier partner performance or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, peak season).


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us at hello@taruvana.in for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?

No. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.


How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@taruvana.in with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process. (Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.)


What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@taruvana.in.
Include your order number, product photographs, and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (our team will contact you for account details).

  • Bank processing times may vary.
