1. Delivery Timelines

Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days across India.

Delivery timelines include both processing (up to 3 business days) and transit (1–4 business days).

Timelines may vary slightly depending on courier partner availability, weather conditions, or public holidays.
2. Delivery Partners & Tracking

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
3. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes within India.

International delivery is not available at this time.
4. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will usually make 2–3 reattempts.

If the package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Deliveries

COD is available for select pin codes and products.

COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability.
